With our new Brand Share Content Subscription Service, TRG can help you create a library of premium brand imagery for catalogs, product detail pages, and social posts that will exceed your expectations—and not your budget.
MONTHLY ACCESS TO SHARED-SETS, STUDIO TIME, TALENT AND TRG CREATIVE TEAM
TRG is assembling a group of 5-8 non-competing brands to participate. Every month, TRG will design, construct and style a shoot—comprised of either a room set or a mix of coordinated flat-lays and/or product shots. TRG will then divide the usage cost evenly between subscribing brands.
This new collaborative subscription service allows TRG to capture unique brand photography and video—at a significantly lower per-brand cost.
GET CUSTOMIZED PREMIUM-QUALITY CONTENT WITH A SHARED COST STRUCTURE
While a custom designed and constructed set with talent typically could cost $15 to $20K, a Brand Share subscription offers access to the same premium studio space for only $6,500/month.
This monthly cost entitles each brand to their own dedicated shoot day. Clients will have the choice of either completing a content template with a wish list of shots, wardrobe notes, etc. or simply allowing the TRG team to direct and capture the best possible images. In both scenarios, we will adapt the storytelling elements, including lighting, prop colors and styling, to best highlight each brand.
SUBSCRIBE TO REFRESHED IMAGERY AND VIDEO CONTENT EVERY MONTH WITH A ONE-YEAR PLAN
Our base subscription is offered in a 12-month term for $6,500/month. Subscription plans and designs will be provided by quarter 6 weeks prior to the first monthly shoot. The Brand Share Subscription Service includes:
One still shoot per month
- One still shoot day
- 10 retouched images (client selects based on provided contact sheet)
- Dozens of unretouched images + potential GIFS
- Set design + construction
- Art Direction/Stylist
- Photographer/Assistant
- Lifestyle talent to be included in 3-4 months throughout the subscription period (buyout, broadcast to be negotiated)
- Retouching services
= 120 unique retouched images and hundreds of unretouched images annually
SELECT AN UPGRADE OR ADD-ON VIDEO PACKAGE
The Upgrade Video Package replaces the still shoot for an additional cost of $1,200.
The Add-On Video Package offers a day of video following the still shoot for an additional cost of
$ 7,700. Costs include the staff and elements stated above, as well as:
- Director of Photography
- AC (First Assistant Camera)
- Editor (one :60 edit; three :15 edits)
FURTHER CUSTOMIZE YOUR PLAN WITH FLEXIBLE OPT-OUT MONTHS
To best suit unique timelines and requirements, each brand has the ability to opt-out of up to two months of content per annual subscription contract. Plan payments can be reallocated by:
- Adding an additional photo day in an upcoming month
or - Applying up to two months of subscription fees towards a future initiative (such as a product launch or seasonal campaign)
*Please note*: Opt-outs, Upgrades, and Add-ons must be declared two months prior to your shoot day.

FAQ
How many products can I send per shoot?
You can send as many products as you’d like, however, the more products there are to shoot, the less coverage you will receive per sku. We are also able to switch out products, but doing so may impact the number of retouched photos in your final deliverable.
What happens to the product after the shoot?
TRG can return products to your provided address, store them for up to 6 months or donate them. For legacy product storage, you can permit TRG to utilize your products as props for general brand sets for additional exposure.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. In fact, you can skip up to 2 months. You can reallocate those funds to another month or apply your monthly payments toward a larger project that may be outside the scope of your subscription.
How far in advance will I receive the creative to opt-in?
You will receive a package from TRG that includes a creative plan for each quarter roughly 6 weeks before the 1st shoot. We ask that you opt-in and provide a product list by 4 weeks prior to the 1st shoot of every new quarter plan.
What happens if my product doesn’t arrive on time?
Unfortunately, we cannot hold the shoot for a late product. You will still be charged for that month, and TRG will work with each client on an individual basis to solve these types of challenges.
Can I be on-site or livestream for the shoot?
At the beginning of your subscription, we will have a meeting to review your specific brand guidelines and preferences. To ensure the most efficient shoot days, we will use that preliminary input to guide art direction and ask that clients refrain from attending Brand Share subscription shoots.
Will I receive a proof for review of my retouched images?
Our subscription model does not include a round of feedback or revisions. General cleaning and color are included, and revisions will be quoted upon request.
Can I mix still-shot days with video-shot days month to month?
Yes. Pricing can be adjusted and upgraded upon subscription purchase.
Can I shoot 1/2-day photo and 1/2-day video?
No. To efficiently accommodate equipment and staff, the Brand Share model is based on 1-day shoots for both services.
What if I want food included in my images?
We are happy to accommodate this request. Pending complexity, additional fees may be incurred for specialty stylists.
Can I share my brand guidelines?
Yes, of course. We encourage each brand to provide as much input as possible upon subscribing and in our initial brand overview so we can efficiently plan propping, colors, and lighting for each shoot.
Can I choose a different set than proposed?
No. You will receive a detailed content plan quarterly. The sets included in the creative package will be the sets for each shoot. If you feel a certain set doesn’t fit your particular needs, you may choose to opt-out that month.
Can I request a paint or set modification change?
Yes, but our team may or may not be able to accommodate your requests pending logistics, other partners, expenses, etc.
How will I be invoiced?
You will be invoiced monthly upon delivery of final images and/or video.
Can I pay all at once? Quarterly? Etc.?
Due to changes in requests for video, stylists, etc., we’ve found that it’s more efficient to invoice each brand monthly upon completion of deliverables.
Does this subscription qualify me for additional tiered or guaranteed spend discount programs?
No. Due to the substantial cost efficiencies built into the Brand Share program, no additional discounts apply.
Will any of my competitors be offered the subscription content service and shooting in the same sets as me?
No. We will be limiting this service to one company per product category per member group.
Can I cancel my subscription?
No. TRG Brand Share is a one-year commitment. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we’ll gladly have a conversation to make sure you’re happy with the services promised and provided.
Can I reshoot?
Yes, for an additional cost and pending studio availability. If content requirements change, you can request a reshoot, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
