The Studio Advantage: Why In-Office Work Powers Our Creativity

Remote might be the trend, but at TRG, we’ve found our best work happens in-office.

Our 160,000-square-foot studio is more than just where we work, it’s the heart of our creativity. Take a look at our space in this studio drone tour, and you’ll see why being here, together, makes all the difference.

Why Our Studio Requires In-Office Collaboration

At the heart of our business is our 160,000-square-foot production studio in Brooklyn, Ohio. Inside, you’ll find 40+ semi-permanent sets, a virtual production room with an LED wall, a soundstage, a MILO motion control robot, and countless other tools that make our work possible. Simply put, you can’t create large-scale photo and video content like ours from a home office.

And while our administrative team, video editors, retouchers, and CGI generalists could technically work remotely, we’ve found that we are at our best when we’re all under one roof. Instead of relying on scheduled calls to solve small issues, we can walk a few steps down the hall and get an answer in real time. That immediacy keeps projects moving and reduces the miscommunication that often happens in text-based platforms.

How In-Office Collaboration Fuels Our Creative Culture

Creativity thrives in environments where ideas can bounce around quickly. Being in person means we can hear tone and nuance, which helps prevent misunderstandings and gets us to solutions faster. Whether it’s a producer clarifying something with a retoucher or an editor checking in with a videographer, these quick, face-to-face conversations make our workflow smoother and more effective.

Our culture is also centered on collaboration, innovation, and supporting each other for the greater good of the client. Working side by side sparks genuine conversations about how we can improve our work and streamline processes.

Just as importantly, it gives us space to connect on a personal level. From bonding over the office dogs to running an ongoing, competitive bracket on the best TV show intros, we’ve built real friendships that strengthen how we work together. Those small, daily interactions make a big difference when we’re tackling big projects.

The Client Experience

Clients feel that energy the moment they step into our studio. They don’t just see equipment and sets, they see a team that genuinely enjoys working together. The camaraderie, laughter, and shared focus create a light, inviting atmosphere that makes clients feel at ease.

There’s also a practical advantage: because we’re all in the same building, communication is seamless. Questions get answered immediately, adjustments happen in real time, and projects move forward without unnecessary delays. That efficiency directly benefits our clients.

A Full-Service Production Pipeline, All Under One Roof

Our entire content production process lives within our studio, and that proximity is a game-changer. Producers collaborate directly with photographers, assistants, and stylists during shoots. From there, images move straight to our retouchers, who can easily clarify details with the producer or photographer. Final files then head just a few steps away to our post-production photo traffic manager, who works hand-in-hand with producers to deliver assets to clients. This streamlined pipeline keeps timelines tight and eliminates bottlenecks.

In Summary

We’re an in-office company because it makes us better. Better collaborators. Better problem-solvers. Better partners to our clients. At TRG Multimedia, working together in one space isn’t just a preference — it’s the reason we can consistently deliver the high-quality, innovative content our clients expect.
